Ordering with Us

Can I place an order over the phone?

Whilst we will accept orders over the phone, please note that where the order value is above £100 we will send you an email with a link to pay.

We really don't wish to inconvenience anyone and will always do our best to help.

Unfortunately due to previous fradulent orders we have to put in place a level of protection to ensure orders are checked fully prior to being released.

Can I cancel my order?

We do completely get it when you've ordered the wrong thing, duplicated an order or just changed your mind - so please don't worry!

Providing the order hasn't despatched, it's easy for us to cancel and refund your money.

If the order has despatched, you can either refuse the delivery or arrange to return it to us unopened and in a saleable condition and we'll refund it for you.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping Facility?

We offer gift wrapping on a select number of our products.

If it's available you will see the Gift Wrap option on the product.

This is charged at £3.95.

Can I send to someone else?

Yes, that's no problem. If you wish to place your order and despatch to someone else we will only include a despatch note with your order.

Delivery

What countries do you ship to?

At the moment we are only able to offer Mainland UK delivery.

We are looking to expand this and will update as soon as we can.

How much is delivery?

All orders upto £14.99 - Delivery is £3.95

Orders £14.99 - £49.99 - Delivery is £4.95

Orders over £50.00 - Delivery is Free

Do you offer Next Day Delivery?

We have a select number of items where we are able to offer Next Day.

The order needs to be with us by 11am to enable us time to process and arrange the delivery for you.

If Next Day is available we will offer this to you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our estimated delivery times are provided for each product as we rely on our Supplier Partners to despatch a number of our items on our behalf.

We will always issue tracking details to you so that you can track your delivery.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Should you wish to return a product to us that's no problem.

If you have an account, please log in to your account and you'll be able to activate the return from there.

If you shopped with us as a guest or can't find your account details, head over to our Returns Portal and we'll sort it for you.

Do you offer Free Returns?

Please head to our Returns Portal to see our full policy.

We can only offer a free return in certain situations.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of us receiving the returned item.

It will then generally take 3-5 days for your card issuer to apply the payment back to your card.

Using Klarna

Can I use Klarna to pay?

Yes, we do accept Klarna. Head to our Klarna explanation page to finde out more.

Supporting Charities

Do you support any charities?

Whilst we do support charities thorughout the year, we are unable to offer a charity partnership, nor can we offer free products.

We will always do our best to pay it forward in our own little way!
